When a horse is exported, it is required to have taken certain blood tests.

If you’re planning to export your horses, EVMC now offers transboundary blood test services in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipality to horses being exported to the following regions:

  • United States of America
  • Europe
  • Two open-space research laboratories.

These Terms and Conditions ( T&C) apply to exported tests to international laboratories decided mutually with the Department of Animal resource (DAR) – Ministry of Municipality (MM). Please read this document carefully before filling the application. You fully understand that you agree to be bound by these T&C.

  1. EVMC is not conducting these tests on-site. Tests are outsourced to the international laboratory.
  2. EVMC shall not be responsible for the blood collection. Representative Vet from DAR-MM will collect the blood after the submission of the application.
  3. EVMC is not responsible to release the test results. For test results you must contact DAR-MM.
  4. Admin charges are nonrefundable once the application is received and processed.
  5. Shipping charges are refundable upon cancellation of request, only if the package has not been dispatched.
  6. Standard results reporting turnaround time is 15 days from the date of sample collection, however, EVMC shall not be responsible for any delays in results arising due to:
    • Testing laboratory
    • Delayed shipment by courier company.
    • Delayed shipment release by the custom clearance department of importing country.
